The Spirit of scripture:

Contains all of what the other 5 verses say, but in few words.

These verses overlap each other with the truths they impart. The Spirit of God is teaching you one truth (even though other truths may also be in them) and He does so, many times, from different portions of the Bible. The Old and New Testament.

Looking at all the verses, as a whole, as if from a top view, where you see the entire truth contained in all five scriptures, only by the Holy Spirit enabling you to understand.

 

With knowledge gained in this way, for many truths, you can later sum up meaning similar to how Jesus did.

One of the deepest things God has ever said to me He did so in just a few words of scripture, and I started crying from being so blessed. So, don’t think you have to be able to understand verses like my illustration to hear God’s voice through His Word.
