Hebrews_12:2_ fixing our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of faith, who for the joy set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.

I will not worry. I trust God.

2 Corinthians 5:7 for we walk by faith, not by sight--

I laid down in my bed a few minutes ago to read the Bible and not long into it, I decided that I will not worry at all, and then wanted to write to you. I will do all I can, all I think is my part, in my walk of faith and leave it all to God. I don’t think it’s right to only say that we leave the results to God, because that seems to imply that He is not directing our steps. It’s all God’s already, we just have our little part, our steps, but even then Jesus is the author of that walk of faith. He is the author and perfecter of our faith and that includes directing our steps. Last night, I was in need of help and God answered my needs. He sent me His Word, even while writing He told me a great truth that I will never forget, for which I thank Him, and also today when I listened to an Adrian Rogers sermon, He spoke to me again.

Today, I prayed and did all I thought I should do, and tonight I have peace, trusting God. I know God has answered my prayer. However His answer is revealed in my life, I know everything will be fine. I trust Him and I will not worry. It’s a decision you make because you trust Jesus. Even though there are many unknowns, that’s what faith is for. I have been through much worse times and have grown in Christ every step of the way. This, as everything else in my life, has already been decided in my favor (what’s best for me).

Matthew 6:25-34  25 "For this reason I say to you, do not be worried about your life, as to what you will eat or what you will drink; nor for your body, as to what you will put on. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing? 26 " Look at the birds of the air, that they do not sow, nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not worth much more than they 27 "And who of you by being worried can add a single hour to his life? 28 "And why are you worried about clothing? Observe how the lilies of the field grow; they do not toil nor do they spin, 29 yet I say to you that not even Solomon in all his glory clothed himself like one of these. 30 "But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which is alive today and tomorrow is thrown into the furnace, will He not much more clothe you? You of little faith! 31 "Do not worry then, saying, 'What will we eat?' or 'What will we drink?' or 'What will we wear for clothing?' 32 "For the Gentiles eagerly seek all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. 33 "But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you. 34 "So do not worry about tomorrow; for tomorrow will care for itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.

Now, I will go back to reading my Bible.

Philippians 4:7 And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

If you’re not saved, come to Jesus!

Romans 8:38-39 38 For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, 39 nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

1 Corinthians 2:9 But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him (King James).
